If you select an SMS category, we record the category, the time of consent, the page where you gave consent, the disclosure version, your browser user agent, and your IP address where available.

We do not request health conditions, diagnoses, or treatment details, and we ask that you do not include them.

Mobile opt-in data, SMS consent, and phone numbers collected for SMS purposes will not be sold, shared, rented, released, or transferred to third parties for marketing, lead generation, or promotional purposes. We do not share your contact information with any independent program.
